When to Select Single User

Choose this option if you want to share a Gmail label or folder from an account for which you have login credentials (username and password). For example, you may want to share the "Invoices" label from your Gmail account with your team.

When to Select Google Workspace Admin Sharing

Choose this option if you are a Google Workspace admin and want to set up sharing for specific or all Gmail accounts within your organization. For example, as the Google Workspace admin for the domain @acme.com, you might want to create a Gmail label called "HR" and ensure it is shared and accessible to users such as bob@acme.com, alice@acme.com, hr@acme.com, and others.
This option is ideal in the following scenarios:

• Security and Control: You will be the owner of the shared labels. You can monitor and manage all Gmail labels shared by users in the domain, generate reports, and delete selected shared labels or comments as needed.
• Streamlined Onboarding: New team members can be granted access to shared labels, instantly providing them with all the necessary resources without the need to manually share individual files.
