When to Select Google Workspace Admin Sharing
Choose this option if you are a Google Workspace admin and want to set up sharing for specific or all Gmail accounts within your organization. For example, as the Google Workspace admin for the domain @acme.com, you might want to create a Gmail label called "HR" and ensure it is shared and accessible to users such as bob@acme.com, alice@acme.com, hr@acme.com, and others.
