Simplify Collaboration
cloudHQ is also a great service for simplifying collaboration between team members and clients using different cloud services.
For instance, you may have some team members or clients using Google Docs, some using Dropbox, and some using Basecamp. cloudHQ lets you synchronize all files between these various accounts so that team members and clients can see any shared files, regardless of which service they were originally created in.
For example, if one of your clients is only using Dropbox while you are managing your project using Google Docs, it might be a good idea to sync all documents from Google Docs to a Dropbox folder shared with that client.
